This time we had a chance to create an office project for Mongolia’s most professional headhunting company SCC LLC. The office is divided into two sections, one is the SCC main office and the other one is coworking shared office space. The aim is to create a minimal and zen atmosphere, with the use of mostly white and zebra patterned wood to highlight the natural elements. The work area is designed with an open space concept. Meeting rooms, board room, training room, phone booths, brainstorm areas and many other functional zones are designed according to the company's operational requirements. The layout of the furniture can be changed in a variety of ways. For example, a training room can be a normal working part and can be sealed with a glass wall when isolation is required. Creating a zen atmosphere has the benefits of mindfulness, peace, self-improvement, and proper communication with people.
