I made this project in Adobe Illustrator. I found an image online, from the NC Zoo's official website, of an ocelot. I then traced the image using the ellipse-maker tool to emphasize non-geometric shapes. I focused more on the face of the animal rather than the coat (mostly because the spots were complex) and used different values to emphasize the different colors I found in the image. I went for a minimalistic approach, as to not get too caught up in the details of the original image.
