Illustrative presentation concept for Slarlink

This unusual year we had no chance to see our friends and family as much as we wanted. Some families were separated during the lockdown. All of us were really worried about our loved ones, especially older relatives and could only see them online. But.. Unfortunately, this contemporary and progressive times the regular Internet does not even work everywhere.

As it is said on starlink.com we could get the high speed internet access across the globe in the nearest future: “With performance that far surpasses that of traditional satellite internet, and a global network unbounded by ground infrastructure limitations, Starlink will deliver high speed broadband internet to locations where access has been unreliable, expensive, or completely unavailable.”

I believe that the best way to convey the idea of the project is to tell a personal story.

I used the collective image of Santa Claus, who usually lives in seclusion, makes friends with wild animals, and loves his grand-daughter who helps him throughout holidays. Her name is Snegurochka in the Russian tradition, and we can find her “sisters” in some other cultures.
