Nomadic Salon is a Hair and Beauty salon based in
Kolonaki, Athens.
The name was given by the owners’ to represent
a tiny ‘oasis’ in the center of Athens. It was inspired
by Nomads that move from a place to another
with no fixed habitat.
The design idea was based on wild nature which is
the real home of Nomads.
Having only a 35sqm space, it was a real challenge
to achieve both aesthetic and functional goals.
The material used were the key to the design.
Using artificial greenery with wood and taking
advantage of the glass facade of the building, the
space was converted into a small artificial oasis in
the concrete center of Athens.
The branding was also based on this idea , with
greenery illustration in the logo and graphics
