The main task of this project was to balance the client's desires, and to fill the interior with interesting design and decorative solutions.
The kitchen is small as the owner rarely cooks. The kitchen console table is a continuation of the desktop that originates in the office. As if floating in the air, it crosses the canvas of the glass structure and creates a mirror effect. The window sill in the kitchen can be used as a seating place to comfortably enjoy the view from the window. The working space of the kitchen is carefully organized: the hood, for example, is built into the cooking surface, and the entire working area of the kitchen is easily hidden with the lower sliding facade.
The living area of the apartment is open. On the mirrored wall in the hallway, there is a cabinet with stainless steel facade. The walls in the living room are covered with textured waves. Instead of the usual TV, there is a picture and a humidifying fireplace. The study is separated by a glass structure that allows the living room to get all the daylight. The volume of the study is supported by one color decoration of the walls and ceiling.
The bedroom was enlarged by attaching a loggia to the main area of the room. The podium formed under the bed has a dual function: it zonally divides the bedroom area and insulates the floor. The windows of the room are framed with an embossed aluminum sheet made by a sculptor specifically for the project.
