This is an ongoing series that I started creating during the first lockdown. This year my appreciation for houseplants rose to an all time high.
Most of these just kind of capture the longing to travel and be surrounded by nature, by trees, flowers and sunlight. Like my (and I think our collective) emotional state, the moods seem to vary but I'm amazed to finally have an expressive style I've been able to sustain and one which I will continue to explore. Art, mine and yours, has been a blessing this year without which I would have been very lost.
