The El Paso Diablos compete in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. They are very involved with the local military and various schools. Their old mark, "Chili D", was an oddly muscular pepper that appealed to kids. A redesign of their logo was required to communicate with their various fans; a more adult, type based logo featuring aspects of a diablo and a playful, secondary logo for the kids.
