The project embraces the two pre-existing architectures: the ruins of an old mill and the hermitage of San Blas
The project organizes around the two existing elements an urban complex defined by public spaces, social life, cultural amenities, and economic activities. The complex is nestled within the open agricultural landscape.
The visitor center, the hermitage of San Blas, and a series of public spaces represent the core of the complex. The spaces of production of the winery filter the transition between the urban core and the agricultural landscape
