Client: Carpenter Enterprises – A local boutique real estate firm in the Texas Hill Country.

The purpose of this project was to create an identity for Carpenter Enterprises and branded marketing materials which individual real estate agents could utilize to promote themselves, their listings, and Carpenter Enterprises as a whole.

The owner of the company had a strong vision for the branding and I collaborated with her to refine the design and create a cohesive image. All design elements and layouts were created by me, and I was responsible for sourcing a printer and choosing paper. Copy and agent photos were provided by the client.
