REMIXED
This artwork was created for DeepStitched Records, a proudly South African record label. I was tasked to create the EP cover artwork for 'Remixed' by Kimon Rayne. The artwork was used online on streaming sites as well as for promotional content.
Remixed was a tricky artwork to conceptualise at first. So I decided to go back to the meaning of 'remixed' just like the tracks on this release. I decided to take a well known 'beautiful' creature such as the peacock and alter it to show an alternative version where it's mesmerising false-eye feathers were 'remixed'.
Projects where I get to design the cover art for music are among my favourites. This is what I love doing.
