RenderThat – the parent company – has been working on digital projects for many years. Over time, a wide range of skills and an extensive network of creative talents developed.
An idea grew: Why not bundle our valuable know-how in talent management and make it available to ALL companies?

In December 2018, that idea became a reality and RenderThat Creatives was born. Since then, many companies have successfully taken advantage of our freelancer infrastructure. Our digital workforce includes several hundred freelancers whom we interview and evaluate on an individual basis.

With the help of our smart project matching infrastructure,
we then connect these select talents to the projects that suit them best.
RenderThat Creatives allows us to strengthen our focus on talent scouting and management. Thanks to our focus, freelancers can in turn focus on their actual work and companies benefit from a maximum of creative energy.
