This illustration project i had to make a banner, facebook banner and some buttons for a book/exhibition called Food is Fiction. I had to make it in my own style.

these are the first sketches i made.

The sketches that were eventualy chosen to make a banner with.

Final render of the Banner, I chose the pizza slice because it was te most fun shape (I atleast think so i don't about you) to draw because of the dripping cheese.

The idea behind the 3 slices are that food isn't always what it looks like and nowaday's people go for looks and not really what is healthy or good for you, so wanted to show how even if it were a vegetable pizza how it would look or perhaps a more earthy pizza slice.

I hope i kind of captured that idea.

The buttons! I these were made for collecting, if it were real you could collect them throughout the exhibition.

The facebook banner. I don't really have anything to say about it, it's just a banner.

And now some mockups to give you an idea of how it would look like, if you were to use it.

In the beginning for our progress we had to do a redraw with a friend, this was the redraw they did for me. I wasn't very far at that moment but they still helped me with the final design.
