If you do not know about Google Pixels, they are phones made by Google that are very camera and software oriented. Google Pixel phones have arguably the best still photography experience there is. Pixels used to have fairly average to poor quality video but not too long ago Google released the 8.1 camera update that changed video a lot. Quality is much improved as well as the addition of a Cinematic Video mode! Google Pixels still do not have the very best video compared to iphones and other video oriented phones but Google has improved it in this update.
