Friendly laundry in the neighborhood


We are changing the standards of the laundry industry, making the common service much more friendly to people. Unusual laundry branding - simple, yet so very characteristic.

It's the project in which the brand owner, after reading the brand environment audit, trusted us and created space for an unconventional approach. We decided to prove that there is space for distinction and originality in every branch of business.

The newly-created brand's name is a form of phonetic play of three similar-sounding words. We decided to refer to neighborly relations, which often are very relaxed, but still polite - calling someone Sir or Madam.

The concept is complemented by the slogan "friendly laundry in the neighborhood", which communicates the character of the brand and refers to pro-ecological activities.


Two seemingly obvious clothes pegs became the brand's trademark, but thanks to personification they gained an exceptional style of a beautifully-groomed lady and an elegant gentleman.

The logotype is complemented by a consistent and clean key visual that uses linear bubbles and carefully selected photos that emphasize freshness and crystal cleanness.


The newly created visual identity accompanies the recipients practically at every point of contact with the brand - from the confirmation receipt block to everyday tools.

The whole project is finalized by a simple website that will allow you to conveniently find the nearest customer service point, check the price list, and in the future verify the status of your laundering or use special services.
