The theme Emptiness form by lines to convey the message that “Emptiness cannot happen if other is not exist”. Through this exhibition, we would like to create a platform to encourage public interactive with the artwork, express their emotion and sharing. In line with the theme, we play text in the creation of art installations, transforming the line into letters.

1. First, we used a piece of plywood as the base and paint with white paint.
2. We taped our template right onto the plywood.
3. Hammer nails along the outline of the typography.
4. Wrap back and forth, zig zag pattern around each letter.

Langkawi Art Biennale 2016 - ‘Exploration’ is ignited with the rise of the eagle that soars to explore not just the island itself, but venturing into greater heights that are symbolic to the ever-changing world around us today.
