Animated Illustration: Alien Encounter
Inspired by Disney's ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter attraction at the Walt Disney World resort. The story of the attraction centered on an intergalactic corporation demonstrating their new teleportation technology. Something goes wrong and an alien monster is teleported into the theater; terrorizing the audience via an array multi-sensory effects. The attraction ran from 1995-2003.
As a personal project, I wanted to recreate Alien Encounter as an animated illustration. I made all assets in Adobe Illustrator, and added animation and VFX using Adobe After Effects.
