ʼāleph bēth gīmel of Phoenician Typeface

What you see above is simple ABC. However, written in the Phoenician alphabet. The alphabet itself is fascinating for at least several reasons.
First, it is the oldest surviving alphabet in the world.
Secondly, it is the source of many alphabets used today. Among others, Latin, Arabic, Greek, and Hebrew.
The third thing is the fact that this alphabet comes from the Proto-Canaanite script, and this one comes from the Egyptian hieroglyphs, so its signs are not only phonograms, symbols for sound, but also ideograms. Meaningful signs. What is now the letter N once stood for a serpent. The letter O was a symbol for an eye and  M- symbol for water.
There is something intriguing to me that when I write my name today, I use the symbol that once represented the hand, house, and head of an ox.
The following project is a game with modernization, mixing an extinct language with contemporary elements of typography.

I can only explain this design choice in one way.
Signs have value.

Thanks for watching!
