The purpose of this project is a call to action campaign to educate people about the economic impacts of LGBT worker discrimination. After this project was posted the supreme court of the United States rules that LGBTQ workers may not legally be discriminated against in the workplace. Still this campaign serves an important function to educate people about how discrimination is bad for business and stifles your pool of customers and workers.
