The BULB is a retail chain that provides lighting solutions. The main requirements that they mentioned for the branding design was for it to be extremely simple yet very trendy and unique. Keeping this in mind, our team set to work. Since we were asked not to create a logo as such, we were keen on ensuring that the design in terms of the lettering, the colors we used, the patterns, and so on, turned out perfect.

Our goal was to create a design that was not just simple and elegant but also one that is relevant to the company. We were able to create such a pattern where a bulb is placed in negative space in between the lettering of the brand name, thereby keeping it chic and trendy without being too over the top. We ensured that this trendy and sleek element was consistent throughout the designs that we made, on all aspects of branding - where we have mainly used fonts and shapes that are not just sharp and bold but also simple and minimal.  The main colors we decided to use for this project were blue and white, because both these colors are associated with qualities that the client was looking for, that is, the blue symbolizes clarity and purity; whereas white is usually associated with simplicity and freshness.
