Pokémon Quetzal is a Project made by Romhacker Tenma using the Rom from Pokemon Emerald as a base.
This project, in addition to adding the possibility of connecting up to 4 players in the same game of pokemon Esmeralda, adds the possibility of being able to change the sprite of your character for the different protagonists of the franchise at will through the options menu.
As if that were not enough, it also includes the possibility of having up to 6 companion Pokémon, just as games like "Pokémon Yellow" or "Pokémon Heartgold / Soulsilver" had done, as well as many other very interesting additions. below the creator's networks:
My contribution to this project:
My participation in the project was focused on the Sprite design of Ash Ketchum's character, adopting the style that Pokemon Emerald uses for its Sprites and the clothing design used in the season corresponding to the 3 Gen (Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald). both in the Back Battle sprite, the one used in the Trainer Card and the Overworld sprites. below my contributions:
