Internal infographics provide the Instructional Designer with an opportunity to customize projects based on their understanding of both the company industry and culture. The client for this project is a fictitious company, Tellotech, that specializes in routing calls for their clients and receives pay per call. However, they were faced with the problem of having to increase staff for the same amount of calls due to the fact that they did not have a training process for their phone operators. In creating this infographic, my focus was employee engagement that would increase productivity. Thus, I wanted to create an infographic that would attract call center employees to the training that would take place at the company.
I created several wireframe sketches the first having an arrow, which was an element that stood out in my mind.
The above infographic includes the arrow from my original design using a color scheme that would attract the employees of Tellotech to the "Employee Advancement Training Program".
The final product was based on the branding that I created for Tellotech (digital phone logo in the center).
