LOOKING IN/OUT LABORATORY: Perceptions of Mental Health & Illness
One at a time, the gears of your mind will be in mesh at once.
LOOKING IN/OUT LABORATORY is an experimental research project aims to take a general review and analysis of the eclectic sphere of psychological topics. The investigation and analysis process in this project look into studies of perceptions of mental health and illness, publicized by respected psychology and psychiatry organizations as well as the data of self-conducted micro-survey. Perceptions of Mental Health & Illness examines the public attitudes and perceptions toward the neurodiverse populations and the related concerns emerged in this experimental study.
The questionnaire developed for the study is also a preliminary piece of this project, as the data collected from more than 100 respondents of the university populations reflects a fairly extensive views and insights of mental health and illness. The set of experimental supplements and board game is presented as the highlights to resonate my motive to stimulate the audiences’ mindset and understanding of the subject matter. In correspondence, all the data, imagery, and design in LOOKING IN/OUT LABORATORY: Perceptions of Mental Health & Illness is aimed to raise awareness of mental health and to support further studies in the field.
