The brief was to brand a new restaraunt encouraging people in Britain to try something new and be more adventurous with their food. The result is the 'BushTuckInn' deriving its name from 'Bushfood' which is known as Bush Tucker in Australia. Bush tucker refers to Australian native animal foods such as; Crocodile, Emu, Insects, Kangaroo and so on. The brand concept was to create a new revamped version of the traditional British Inn, home to a completely new style of food, which will take customers on an adventure without having actually gone anywhere.
