Great Expectations is designed through two axes: the cold beauty of Estella
which took Pip in great illusion and the distance felt with the character of Pip.
The using of mirror paper come to rest on the disillusion with its deformation
of the reality while the distance with Pip is translate by a progressive reduction
of the text size. The BC Falster Grotesk using for the narrative text is clumsy
and unstable as the main character. Then the layout take place on diverses paper;
recycle and thin, ivory thicker, mirror and tough plus a cold and darker blue paper.

Les Grandes Espérances est pensé autour de deux axes : la beauté glaciale d'Estella
qui a bercé Pip dans de nombreuses illusions et l'éloignement ressenti vis-à-vis
du personnage de Pip. L'utilisation du papier miroir vient appuyer la désillusion par
sa déformation de la réalité tandis que la distance créée avec Pip se traduit par
une réduction progressive du corps de texte de l'histoire. La BC Falster Grotesk
utilisée pour le texte narratif est un peu maladroite et instable tout comme
le personnage principal. La mise en page prend forme sur divers papiers ; recyclé fin,
ivoire plus ferme, miroir rigide et enfin un bleu froid et plus sombre.
