A set of activities, which I would usually never do, are keeping me sane this lockdown. 

It took a virus to make me realize how vulnerable life is! How within a few days the world can change! And while I am trying my best to adjust with this new normal, I believe it's okay to give myself a little more love and compassion. A little more time spent in self-care helps to keep our mind calm and lively. This time is different and until this different becomes the new familiar,
let's love ourselves a little more.

These illustrations are excerpts from my everyday life and how small acts of self-care have helped me keep my mental health balanced and eventually is helping me in the process of slowly absorbing these social changes.
