A Cozinha is a Michelin Star restaurant, located between the sea and the mountain, in the heart of Minho - Guimarães. It is in this space surrounded by history and culture that António Loureiro explores an intense and passionate cuisine. This restaurant is committed to projecting the identity of Portuguese cuisine, combining traditional recipes and author creativity, conceiving dishes with a strong connection to the past, but with innovation and balance, aroma, flavour and intensity. All this served as inspiration for the creation of the website, designed to be an experience, designed in layers of various readings, intensities and textures, designed to be a journey to António's origins and universe.
