Since I started photographing I always had a strong interest in the family as a theme, especially my grandmother who lives alone in France. Isolated from the world, she never leaves her apartment, and solitude huddles with radio television and medicines. She is rude and cold and having the camera in front of her is the same as having nothing, just me being there, that doesn't mean that mutch too.
