Through the analysis of the evaluation of the network of open spaces on the territory of Donji Dorcol, and the evaluation of the quality of open urban spaces through six criteria (safety, accessibility, comfort, readability, inspiringness and vitality) applied to the area of ​​Cara Uroša Street, the challenges and importance of outdoor space. Based on these analyzes, a strategy, concept and program for the remodeling of Cara Urosa Street into an integrated pedestrian-car zone, adapting to users through activating the ground floor, introducing new landscape-architectural elements, attractive content, new activities and improving ecosystem conditions using landscape-architectural, architectural and urban elements.
