A proposta deste projeto era criar novas capas para o livro "A Metamorfose" de Franz Kakfa. Além de ler o livro, fiz uma pesquisa sobre o design da época na qual ele se passa - Kafka o escreveu e publicou durante o fim da Belle Époque. Sabendo disso, busquei referências nas padronagens de cortinas, tapeçaria e papéis de parede, e tive a ideia de criar um padrão que conta a história do livro. As cores também foram inspiradas nas padronagens da época.

The purpose of this project was to create new covers for the book "The Metamorphosis" by Franz Kakfa. In addition to reading the book, I did some research on the design of the time in which it takes place - Kafka wrote and published it during the end of the Belle Époque. Knowing this, I looked for references in the patterns of curtains, tapestry and wallpapers, and I had the idea of creating a pattern that tells the story of the book. The colors were also inspired by the patterns of the time.
