Problem
Remember times, when Revolut was this revolution, allowing download the app in a few seconds and after few steps send money to a friend easily? And then it started to expand, add new features, become a "real" bank. And then, one day I couldn't find how to send money to a friend fast -  the feature because of which I start using Revolut in a first place, recommend it and feel happy about it. For me it was a little surprising that it became harder to use this core function. Also the app had new features, which I never start using, why?

1. How to keep sending money fast with Revolut?

1.1. Send button is not visible enough
The first window I see suggest so many options and everything looks relatively same importance. "Send" is typed in blue instead of grey, so this should be a sign leading me right direction, but there is this one second of doubt and I think would expect it to be at least more highlighted if that is really the most important button. That's my assumption, maybe it's not the most important, but since for me it is, I would love to find it faster.
1.2. Page names do not match
So eventually I find "-> Send", pressed it. But now the page changed it's name, I've pressed "->Send" and now I'm at  "Who to pay" page instead? So wait, am I still there, where I wanted to get? Why it has changed? I would suggest keep same wording - "Send" or "Send to" instead of "Who to pay".
1.3. Search field is hidden
So now I know that I'm at "Send" aka "Who to pay" page, try to figure out how to find my friend Gabriel to send him money? Looks like I'm gonna need to scroll a lot till I find him, there is no search field! I support the idea of interactive interface, however not sure if this is smart to hide it like that? Search field is something I look first if I get lost, but if I need to search for search field it feels ironic and not logic at all.

However before I find search field, I scrolled several times, found Gabriel or Sam at the bottom of the list, but it took time, so I dedicated time and tried to find other way how to find those friends faster. So I tried to swipe down and here I found this search option which is being activated only after swipe down. It appeared on the top of the page, far away from a list itself, so I also have a second of doubt, is this search for the whole app or just the list for my already existing friends? Looks like only for friends, so I would say it should be closer to the list. "Friends" and "Bank Accounts" tabs look useful, indicates two ways how money can flow in the app, in some way teach me about app options, but chronology could be improved. First I think "oh I want to check Revolut friends" list and only then go to find person on that list by looking via search. Therefor I would switch those fields.
1.4. Icon which doesn't add much value
I see that maybe this icon on search field indicates "you can look for people here", but I not sure that is necessary? I even tried to press on it, maybe that icon add some extra option so I try to activate it - nothing. So it's just an extra icon, which I believe is not necessary.
1.5. Information which doesn't add much value
I'm not sure if the number of friends using Revolut is important for me. What if there are very few? What if there are a lot? I'm encouraged to invite friends to join Revolut only when I feel the need to invite someone particular because I use it and it's cool. Usually I would just invite verbally (because I put my word only on things I really appreciate). I would use link, invite button only when it's easy to get bonus for invitations and that bonus is worth. That's not how every user works, but I just wanna represent how I think.
So how to change "Who to pay" aka "Send" page overall?
1.6. Two words leads to the same page
I find inconsistency in wording. One of the examples. "->Send to" vs " "+Transfer". It actually leads to exactly same page so I think it would make more sense name it the same way as well.
2. How to bring more clarity / simplicity?

2.1. Three same level navigation bars confuse
Which is the main navigation bar A, B or C: what is most relevant, top, bottom or the middle, how to navigate? Even "Join the Revolut bank" looses it's power being in the centre, because there are so many options around.
2.2. Different icons, same info under them
I just have a feeling that, some of the pages from navigation bar are overlapping, meaning threw different routs you get same infoFor example, at A navigation bar there are two separate icons (arrow and graphic), and on the bottom C navigation bar is one (arrow above graphic). Looks like that pages from A navigation bar were smashed together. I would need more research on what products are represented there and how to make all the products appear in a right way, but now it feels like something was mixed up.
I would suggest eliminate A and B navigation bars and put them inside the C navigation bar as showed below.
What else? When all the confusion at the front home page was eliminated we can adjust the rest, format it, resize icons if needed. I assume the field in the centre was to present opportunity join Revolut bank. Since it has different products it could change here one after another.
2.3. Bell icon leads to Inbox
What hides under bell icon? I would expect alerts, I don't really feel like opening alerts, a little threatening, but anyway I open it and I see "oh, that's just an inbox", not something I've expected, but good to know that there is a place where Revolut sends me info.
2.4. Inbox could be placed elsewhere
Since one of the notice was that top navigation bar is not needed, the natural question would be where to place Inbox? One of the ways would be place Inbox under profile. If the initial idea was put inbox on the home page so important messages would be read, I would solve this by putting blinking red dot next to profile icon (to which inbox would be placed). Also I would change icon into envelope, because two reasons: the content it has is more messages than alerts, also it's called inbox and more common icon for inbox is envelope.

In addition, when you enter profile page it says Kristina, however I would stick with the Mr.Obvious name and just name it "Profile".
Last note
I think, that daily use application, like bank / money transfer, is easy to use when via phone call, without seeing what my mom is touching I can guide her to the right icon / tittle with no doubt she is going to press right thing. Due to that she'll keep loving me because after several failures I don't shout "no, not that arrow, that other one, next to it". If that happens, I believe app could be simplified.
