Interior design project of apartment in Kyiv #ET78

Laconic design of a cozy three-room apartment, 78 m².

In this interior, natural wood and natural look of imitation of natural stone (tiles) are in the main role. Wood on furniture fronts, floor coverings and door panels add warmth to the environment. And tiles imitating granite, marble and onyx create a noble status atmosphere. The highlight of this project is that the texture of the stone is used, moreover, as a decorative element, not only in the bathroom, but also in the decoration of the wall in the living room, and at the head of the bed in the bedroom. And in the layout, you can select a lounge area with a couch-chair near the window in the living room.

We chose navy blue as the accent color. Well, as always, they picked up ultra-modern lamps - in the spirit of minimalism. What do you think, is it necessary to pay such attention to chandeliers when decorating an interior?
In life, we always try to combine something: one job with another, friends with relatives, breakfast and lunch, business clothes with casual clothes... The interior is no exception in this regard, especially when it comes to such a universal thing as a studio. We also used this eternal trend in our project.

The heart of the living room has become a large corner sofa, on which all guests can easily fit. Thanks to the blue color, it has become an interior accent. Three modern design round tables complete the composition, while a magnificent six black pivot spots help to highlight the living area as a whole.
The end wall with the TV is decorated with grayish brown marble tiles. The vertically and horizontally stacked cladding adds dynamism to the ambience, while the long white console cabinet adds elegance. The cabinet furniture in the recreation area is made in the same white color. While the facades in the kitchen area are veneered with wood, as you know, it always radiates warmth and comfort.
Hidden behind the sofa is a dinette with a long table. Black lamps with long legs help to highlight and illuminate this area. Thanks to the redevelopment, the studio has two large windows that let in sunlight and give a feeling of spaciousness. To let the light pass into the hallway, we made a large portal and installed a transparent triplex sliding panel there.
Design of a kitchen-dining room combined with a living room.

The interior is made in our favorite minimalism style. Far, far away, beyond the blue... no, not the sea, but the sofa. Deep, deep, at the very end of the room, is the kitchen working area. Therefore, when they cook something on it, all household members know what the menu is today. But what the kitchen is "made of", we know - the authors of the project.

The lower cabinets with gray fronts have a sink and a hob. Above it is an extractor hood, and next to it is a wall cabinet under a tree. We have selected the same facades for pencil cases with a built-in oven, microwave and refrigerator. They are located in a niche near the window.
Behind the sofa, which is the zoning element, we have placed a large dining table with chairs. Above the dining area, an ultra-modern lamp with many shades is mounted.
Time to collect stones and... decorate the bedroom with them. Today, the main role is played by His Majesty onyx, or rather ceramic tiles, masterly imitating its texture. The small recess behind the high soft headboard, highlighted by such an unusual finish, looks very sophisticated. The bedroom turned out to be emphatically cozy and intimate. The entrance to the room is located at the end of the wall to the right of the bed, which makes the sleeping area less open to prying eyes.
There is a TV set opposite the bed, as well as a spacious wardrobe. The door leaf, veneered with bright brown wood, stands out effectively against the light background.
The designer floor lamp is made in the form of a large stylized Edison light bulb resting on black metal slats. The openwork design looks emphatically modern. The chandelier was chosen in the same stylistic way.
Bedroom-study in the spirit of minimalism. A cozy room where you sleep soundly and work productively. Our project has many interesting textures, details and contrasting combinations. We also proved that life consists of black and white stripes, and the interior is made of light and dark gray. This is the result of a wall of soft panels above the bed, which are visually perceived as a dynamic pattern of wide stripes. The room has the shape of an elongated rectangle, so with the help of this design technique, we also adjusted the proportions of the room.

In order to highlight the areas, we added a wood texture near the sleeping area, where the bedside table is supported by the same panel with exotic wood veneer on the wall.
The working area under the window is highlighted in a pastel shade of lemon yellow. This tone goes well with the woody texture of the desk, which took up space from wall to wall. In order for the owner to hide all the necessary things, we have provided two bedside tables under the table and one wall cabinet on the side. In addition, on the left, we attached to the wall such a fashionable type of organizer board as a mood board.
In the niche opposite the bed there is a wardrobe hidden, the white doors of which are also decorated with wide stripes of wood. The walls are painted in a delicate pearl shade that doesn't look as sterile as white. A modern minimalist chandelier with black matte shades has also become an interesting and stylish accent in the interior of the study bedroom.
