A Better Quality of Life

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA) is a construction company owned by the Indonesian Government. WIKA currently has 6 Strategic Business Units (SBU) which include construction (civil construction and building construction), electrical mechanical, pre-cast concrete industry, real estate and other industries which in the future will be increasingly integrated into Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) companies and Investments.
Through this calendar, WIKA wants to show the achievements and roles of the company in the development of the quality of life in Indonesia. In order to convey this message clearly, the design is made in the form of an infographic that compares the quality of life in Indonesia before and after WIKA's project. This infographic also tells about the progress of the WIKA project and the results achieved after the project was completed.
MORE EFFICIENT TRANSPORTATION
"Jakarta, a megapolitan city with a population of more than 10.37 million people, requires a qualified mass transportation system. One of the needs of urban residents for easy mobilization can be facilitated through the construction of a modern train system. WIKA as a trusted national developer is part of infrastructure development to make this happen."
DAM FOR THE NATION
Indonesia's vast territory, with forests, rice fields, mountains & villages, has not been fully covered by infrastructure development. One of the crucial infrastructures is the construction of dams as a source of electricity, irrigation & clean water supply, WIKA contributes to the development for this purpose.
PORT AS DISTRIBUTION BINDER
As a maritime country, Indonesia has a lot of potential in the marine sector. Inter-island transportation also needs to be supported by the presence of new, innovative ports in terms of management & services. WIKA is involved in the construction of ports that are scattered in strategic points throughout Indonesia.
