"American pie" is the name of the podcast series about the US elections. They were published at Apple, Яндекс.Музыка (Russian music app) and at bbcrussian.com. The series cover different aspects of the elections such us Russiagate, facts about the two candidates, how women and protests influence elections, how the American political system is shown in the movies, etc. I chose this blue and red style for the illustrations as they are associated with the US and tried to restrain myself in details, giving more space to large recognisable images.
