Learning to jump out of planes was one thing. But the increasingly difficult task of controlled human flight through the air is a challenge that fascinates me.
No other sport has led me to be so aware of my body, it's situational awareness, and every tiny millimeter of movement it does. Literally stretching out your fingers can be the factor that allows you to do a certain maneuver.
I never imagined how difficult it could be, watching videos of skydivers in the air and in wind tunnels effortlessly doing whatever they please. But ever since starting to train I’ve realized it’s really an insane level of professionalism.
