Oscar Octopus is an endless runner for iPhone. You control Oscar, a pretentious little octopus, who thinks he's better than you. Swim through the ocean and ink passing fish to score and collect coins to buy new costumes for Oscar.
The costume store allows you to customize Oscar's appearance. You can combine every hat with every accessory (e.g. top hat with pirate beard or party hat with Doctor Z) to create fun costumes. Every costume has a unique ability, which alters the gameplay. Costume sets (Pirate, Party Boy) are designed to work together to create a powerful set of abilities.
