PROBLEMA & SOLUÇÃO
Um lançamento imobiliário em um dos últimos terrenos disponíveis na beira-mar da praia de Guaratuba, litoral do estado do Paraná, Brasil. O desafio deste projeto foi comunicar a exclusividade e alto padrão das espaçosas unidades do condomínio e garantir que ele fosse um marco na cidade, um ícone. Como solução desenvolvemos uma plataforma que comunica através de marca, moda e simplicidade do minimalismo uma entrega de prazer e bem-estar constante, com vista para o mar.
PROBLEM & SOLUTION
A real estate release on one of the last spots available on the beachfront of Guaratuba beach, coast of the state of Paraná, Brazil. The challenge of this project was to communicate the exclusivity and high standard of the spacious units of the condominium and ensure that it was a landmark in the city, an icon. As a solution, we developed a platform that communicates, through brand, fashion and simplicity of minimalism, a constant delivery of pleasure and well-being, overlooking the sea.
