I am me

Discovering who I am has been one hell of a ride

One that I am so proud I have been able to experience 

While I am still young, I am grateful to have been able to dig deep and work on my shadows.

Working on my shadows have been able to give me the power to control myself ( still learning) in any situation.

Shadow work is crucial and should be taught in schools from day dot. 

Don’t be afraid of your shadows, be friends with them and work with them.

It gets easier!
