Land of Confusion
it’s 4th piece of art from the Macedonian reggae band Conquering Lion. Album artwork idea is based on the world with two different views. First view, the left side of the artwork, is a huge industrial city which uses oil and produces large amount of toxicity. A world where we humans don’t appreciate the nature and pollute the air. Second view, the right side of the artwork, is the natural world. The one that was given to us like it has to be. With big pine tree forest producing clean air, followed by the big waterfall representing clean energy. Both worlds are separated by a big mountain on the top but still connected on the bottom where the river meets the oil spill. It paints the picture that both of the worlds are connected, no matter the distance between them. Conquering Lion is represents clean world and that’s why the Rastaman is placed on the right side of the artwork but he is turned to the left side which represents the idea of the judgment in some sort, because what he believes and stands for doesn’t apply if we separate our views. Conquering Lion is alarming people for togetherness so we can all have quality and clean home. Big strong picture with big strong message. Beautiful piece of music that everybody has to owned it.
