LXS for Experts
LXS for Experts is a web app designed for Tera that helps busy teachers manage their classes and appointments. Keeping up with a crowded agenda, making calls with the courses’ coordinators and creating new classes might sound daunting.
LXS for Experts helps teachers optimize their time and create structured classes from scratch, through a more efficient and remote experience.

Problem
Onboarding new teachers to Tera’s network had become a barrier to the company's growth. The entire process was extremely time-consuming and in-person only, which meant an intensely straining experience for both new teachers and the experience ops team.
Furthermore, creating a new class wasn’t an easy process either. New teachers didn’t have access to standardized frameworks nor clear guidance on how the school’s methodology would be expressed through practice. Consequently, they often would feel insecure, leading to low-scored classes.
Solution
Managing classes
In the main page, teachers are able to have an overview of all classes they are assigned to. Inside each of these cards teachers can access more information and reference material.
They can access more detailed information about each class and download resources, such as frameworks and presentation templates, by clicking on the cards.

Onboarding
Teachers also have access to a library of contents guiding them through the school’s methodology. This allows them to navigate more freely through the different themes and absorb the methodology at their own pace.
Creating a new classes
The library also provides specific content to help new teachers build their very own first class, with tips, frameworks and additional resources.
