Come pubblicizzare in modo moderno un prodotto dalle ispirazioni vintage? È questa la domanda che mi sono posta quando ho realizzato in Adobe Photoshop questa pubblicità per il marchio di cosmetici vintage Bésame Cosmetics, come esercitazione. Ho scelto di utilizzare font, tonalità di colori e foto dal forte gusto vintage, ma mantenendo un’impostazione pulita e moderna, in modo da donare un’aspetto contemporaneo alla pubblicità senza perdere l’immagine caratterizzante del prodotto. La pubblicità è stata realizzata in modo da poter essere adattata con facilità sia nel formato orizzontale che verticale, con lo scopo di renderla versatile e in grado di poter essere proposta su qualsiasi formato, sia digitale che su carta stampata.
How to advertise in a modern way a product that takes heavy inspiration from the vintage aesthetic? This is the question I asked myself when I started working as practice on this advertising for Bésame Cosmetics, a company that makes vintage-looking cosmestics. I decided to pick fonts, colors and a picture that have strong vintage vibes, but I kept the setting modern and clean, in order to give the advertising a contemporary look without necessarily losing the vintage aesthetic, that is a very important characteristic of the advertised product. The ad was made to be adapted both in the horizontal and vertical form, in order to make it versatile and perfect of every kind of support, may it be digital or printed.
