This folder was given to prospective property owners/homebuyers at the Port Ludlow, WA real estate development. I did all the print production on all the pieces and worked with the art director/designer to ensure all pieces printed properly. I also converted all the floorplans from the architect into Illustrator files for printing. This was a very complex folder design with the many diecuts with exact placement.
