The presentation describes the real processes employed in order to solve the problem of home-made businesses. Having a dedicated marketplace to support small businesses with ease of operations has proven to be successful in its beta mode. The design is made intuitive for buyers and sellers as most of the users are home-based. Interaction design processes were used to find optimal solutions for each identified problem which proves the hypothesis. Research was conducted again to cater the users inflicted by Covid-19 to help them earn from home.
Akshaak promises to help small businesses by activating an income stream without the hassle of getting a store approved in UAE as Akshaak handles all the licensing. Akshaak is already serving the users inflicted with the aftermath of Covid-19 as thousands lost their jobs in the pandemic. Akshaak helps people earn from home.
