Tiny food
Brief
The tiny food application is guideline and tracking meal application
for mothers and care taker. I have designed and implemented the
baby meal guide and tracking system, as a form of mobile application.
Little's food introduces guidelines given by the American Academy of
Paediatrics (AAP) ingredients by age and nutrition, and allows mother's and
caretakers to get ready guidelines and track plans through a calendar and
customizable lists. The content also indicates nutritional information, common
allergens, and seasonal food for parents to make more informed decisions.

Challenge
Traditionally, the most common recommendations regarding baby food is guided by doctor or experienced mother's. Moreover the data available on various platforms tends to be overwhelming and confusing for mother's or mother's to be. The challenge was to provide babies a variety of different natural ingredients at early stage by setting up a predefined food guideline and to write food journals to keep track of what babies eat
Why it is important?
Making appropriate food choices for your baby during the first year of life is very important. More growth occurs during the first year than at any other time in your child's life. It's important to feed your baby a variety of healthy foods at the proper time. Starting good eating habits at this early stage will help set healthy eating patterns for life.
User research
6 mothers (different ages) | 2 Doctors
During the initial discovery phase 1-1 interview sessions were conducted with mothers and doctors. I interviewed people of age groups between 25 - 40 years, with diverse backgrounds to understand their approach and experience about baby meal planning.
