大友克洋從1983年開始連載的「阿基拉」(Akira)，1988年改編為同名電影，故事發生於2019年的新東京。
影響了包括星際大戰系列的科幻大師艾西莫夫，在1984對未來人類生活作出預測，他認為2019年將是電腦和機器人主導的世界。
一切看似浪漫的巧合，緩緩地在腦袋裡長出對預言的反思。
未來的人類又將如何看待，你我所處當下的一切呢？
這是一部注定要在2019完成的音樂作品。

Juvenile A
在阿基拉漫畫裡，當2019的新東京再次因為阿基拉而毀滅，一個名為Juvenile A(少年A)的觀察小組，以至高中立的視野，觀察著成為破敗廢墟的巨大的新東京。（這是專輯名稱Juvenile A的由來）。

2019的我們也彷彿在一片資訊破碎的瓦礫堆裡。

在一波波訊息的土石流裡被掩埋，要記住上個月流行的meme和話題，竟然變得如此困難。我們在社群媒體裡，佯裝著一切美好生活或哭哭討拍。我們面無表情的丟出大笑emoji。
A.I創作著新的詩句，人類丟失一些文明。無法分辨新聞與謠言，無力判斷科技帶來的是便捷還是控制。
做自己真的很重要，不過也是潮流雜志勵志小語跟你說的。

文字破碎了、思想破碎了、情感破碎了、信念破碎了、當真實也破碎了，
多數成為絕對的正義。

未來的考古學家

我們從經典作品，得知30多年前的人類，對我們的想像。
然而30多年後的人類，對我們又是什麼樣的看法？

未來的人會如何在稀薄的記憶裡，巨大時代洪流中，記住2019年的樣子？
未來的考古學家要怎麼從爆炸的資訊遺跡裡，拼湊微小的生活樣貌？

我們或許是從殘破廢墟裡站起來的少年，卻著手毀滅世界。
誰知道呢？而我們正是一切問題的答案。

In 1982 from the last century, 'Blade Runner' directed by Ridley Scott became a classic one in CyberPunk movies and its time setting background is in 2019. Meanwhile, Katsuhiro Otomo began serializing "Akira" in 1983 which was adapted into a movie with the same name in 1988. The story also takes place in the new Tokyo in 2019. Moreover, Asimov who influences many science fictions, including the"Star Wars" series, predicted human life will be widely dominated by computers and robots in 2019. It seems like a prophecy that slowly reflects on the human's mind with these romantic coincidences. How would human beings in the future look back on our present situation? This is a musical piece destined to be completed in 2019.

In the comics of Akira, an observation team called "Juvenile A", observes the massive ruin in New Tokyo through the supreme perspective of neutrality. And, this is the origin of the album name.
