Zahrada
Zahrada consists of six luxury townhouses over small retail spaces on 4th Street in downtown Sarasota. Each 4-bedroom townhouses boast a large partially shaded landscaped courtyard with pool and a detached guesthouse. The residences are serviced by their own private and oversized two-car garage. In addition to the private courtyards, each townhouse opens to four shaded balconies to further expand the interior spaces and take advantage of Sarasota’s agreeable climate.
Zahrada is steps away from The Blue Rooster, the Rosemary, and the Station 400 restaurants. Gyms, a beer garden, a cheese monger, art galleries, and various other retail spaces line the sidewalk in the growing neighborhood. The project combines the advantages of the suburbs as each unit enjoys a yard and a two-car garage with the lively pedestrian environment of its urban setting. While the project is under construction, Halflants + Pichette is also developing the design for a second phase with smaller units on a neighboring site, bringing diversity to the street.
