I decided to create Mini Mandalas for an entire month, as a way to unwind at the end of each day...the focus was on creating without worrying about perfection. This was simply an experiment to explore my state of mind.
I have used 3x3 inch square pieces of paper (cut from an A4 size Artists Sketchbook) and a set of Micron pens with varying nib sizes.
DID YOU KNOW:
Carl Jung, the psychologist sketched a small Mandala in his notebook every morning. It seemed to correspond to his inner situation a the time. Gradually, he discovered what a Mandala really is... the self, wholeness of personality.
