I collaborated with a colleague to create this sponsorship package for the extracurricular club, the Rotman Commerce International Business Association (RCIBA). Specifically, I created pages 1 - 6 (the cover to "Events") as well as the last page ("Contact Us"). All of the photos used were freely licensed from Unsplash; with the exception of the three headshots on the "Contact Us" page.
This project was done as an exercise of branding, marketing, and advertising. This sponsorship package was to be sent to potential corporate partners who would be interested in sponsoring our organization both financially and/or promotionally. Since we were the Directors of Marketing for RCIBA, this was the first project in which we were tangibly able to implement aspects of our branding overhaul strategy. In particular, this package showcases the changes in RCIBA's branding elements (e.g. colours and design).
One key takeaway from undertaking this project was the importance of teamwork. Having to collaborate with a colleague through remote means, leads to specific challenges that may not occur when you have the ability to physically meet up and work together. This challenge is further exacerbated when the project's nature is creative as members may have differing artistic expressions.
All in all, this project was a fun exercise in graphic design and is one of my works that I am most proud of.
