The Benefits of Spiritual Awakening

Jenny came to me complaining about Biohacking Secrets Review  stress in her job. She'd moved from one company to the other trying to find a more spiritual and happy workplace. Now, she had committed to a job in a foreign country but was experiencing stress and "unspiritual" type behaviour. She had no where to run. She wanted to change the company at first, then herself with meditation but in the end, she woke up to a reality that it was her expectations that were the problem, not the company or herself.

Ainsley came to me complaining about the years she'd spent trying to get out of her marriage and the struggle she'd had because of what she described as a mean partner. He'd gone legal and threatened long expensive court action if she left and therefore she had two choices, stay with him without love and be wealthy, or leave find love maybe, but be poor. She was really depressed about these options. But those were not clear and only options. They were her expectations and those expectations were blocking her options.

When we say, "I need healing" or "the earth needs healing" we imply something is wrong. But really, we need to be careful whether it's our false expectations or there's really a need for change. This determination cannot be done from within our own perspective, and that's the role of a healer, coach, mentor. One must be wise to choose such people with care. Some have even more false expectations than their clients.

A coach who expects everything in a person's life to be rosy. A Healer who defines good results as painless and perfect health, a spiritual leader who promises happiness without sadness. Half stories, false expectations abound. One only has to go to a wedding to see, in many lifestyles, false expectations being born.
