SAES \\ Storytelling strategy



A new narrative

In our strategy, we planned to build a complete ecosystem to provide resources, competences, and occasions to all the different actors involved.
 
We defined a roadmap with three main phases (plus one initial for setting the bases) to transform SAES from an unknown brand to a well- known one, and we identified the correct balance between visual and experiential in all the phases. 

One of the biggest strengths of this strategy is that it's incremental, scalable, self-sufficient, and has perpetual growth: the well-communicated identity will get the engine rolling and generate curiosity amongst the people; then by leveraging on that curiosity, we will stimulate interaction so that we can provide platforms for growth; these actions altogether will help to reaffirm the new SAES' brand position, leading to inspire people and potentially attract young talents. This cycle will continue to a constant and continuous growth in popularity and ultimately help SAES in being a recognized strategic partner for its clients.
