At Lazy Me, our main aim is to reduce festival waste. Unfortunately, we now live in a society under the collective impression that everything has only one use. In most cases, this is entirely the wrong idea. We recycle, reuse and repurpose our products again and again to cut down on mass production of tents, sleeping bags, camping chairs … well, you get the gist !

To gear festivals in a more sustainable direction, we offer a service where our customers can receive all their basic equipment and festival necessities upon arrival. Then, once the weekend draws to a close, they have the option to keep their equipment for next time or to return and gain money back. This then allows us to deep clean leftover equipment and reuse or repurpose in time for the next batch of festivals. Ultimately this reduces the amount of waste leftover on the fields and decreases the production of these pesky plastics.

And don’t let a ripped tent or a demolished camping chair prevent you from returning your equipment back to Lazy Me! We’ll happily take in your broken bits and bobs, and reimburse you with some money back. We would always rather returns, than for equipment to be thrown into the nearest bin … or worse … leave it scattered across the festival field!

For my final major project as part of my degree, I created a brand which would help to make camping festivals a lot easier for festival goers and significantly more environmentally sustainable. Sustainability and environmental impacts is something that I am highly interested in and as an individual I am very conscious of my carbon footprint and actively support and encourage others to do the same.
The Lazy Me service is all about trying to get customers  to think more about festival waste and camping equipment that is left behind.  It is a service which allows you to collect your camping equipment at your chosen festival and at the end, you would hand it back and be given money back. You can find more details about this on my web-page or the details of this project will follow below. Within this project I created a whole range of stationary, app/web, packaging, illustrations and a festival related magazine.

Here at Lazy Me, we find it important to be easily accessible for anyone. The Brand would be done all digitally, from point of sales to your order reference tickets.  We believe if we create an application which has all your festival related needs, we've done our job right. We want the festival process to be stress-free and easily, to allow you to chill out more!
